Online Registration

Fee/Costs

Registration fee includes participation in all sessions, conference material, get-together as well as lunch and coffee breaks during the conference.

Invited speaker will need to register as well. But as they are guests of the Max-Planck-Institute for Colloids and Interfaces, their registration fee will be covered by the host.

Registration

Please use the registration form, fill in and submit it. Note, for online payment, you must not register a second time but use the code which will be provided to you via email and proceed to the payment procedure, below.

After registration you will receive a confirmation email with a dedicated registration ID. In case of payment via credit card, you will be able to make an online payment with this registration ID, immediately after registration.

Payment

Online payment is possible until Monday, March 12^th, bank transfer only until March 5^th 2013.

Note, if you lost the registration code, please come back to us and ask for it rather than register a second time! If you register a second time for payment, your first registration with submitted informations or your abstract is getting lost.

Please use the correct amounts given in the table above for your transfer. Incorrect payment will lead to a decline of your registration!

Invited speakers

Abstract submission: we kindly ask you to provide us with a short abstract of you paper until Monday, February 6^th, the latest! Abstract submission will be available, just after registration.

For the press

If you register as a member of the press you will be required to submit the name and complete address of the media you work. Furthermore, you will be required to show a valid press card at the on site-registration desk to gain access to the conference and to visibly carry a special name-tag during the conference.
